Shipping & Processing

For Poplin’s opening, we have free shipping with no minimum and a 2-3 week processing time period. Shipping will likely take an additional ~5 business days through UPS/USPS. All our products are currently made-to-order, and it’s just me and Poppy making everything!

My future goal is to decrease the processing time. But until then, thanks for understanding 🙂

Returns

Free exchange and returns up to 14 days after package is delivered to you. Please contact hello@poplindog.com for a shipping label. Please note that customized products are final sale and can’t be returned. However, if there are any defects with customized items, please reach out to us so we can remedy the issue.

Product Guarantee

It’s important to me that you’re happy with what you purchased. Please reach out at hello@poplindog.com if you find there are any issues with the product. If it due to our mistake, I will repair/replace the item.
